Brie is by far the best realtor that my wife and I have ever had. From the initial phone call to bring her on-board to our home search, she knew all the right questions to ask so that she could hone in on all the properties that met our needs. This prevented hours upon hours of wasted time looking at homes. She was extremely responsive to all of our messages and always returned our text messages and phone calls promptly. One thing that my wife and I admire most about Brie is her hustle.

If we saw a home that we weren’t sure about pursuing, within a few hours she scheduled a time to walk the home and presented her research on the property, the school district, average price per square foot in the neighborhood, nearby grocery stores/shopping, etc. This helped us make a quick and well-informed decision in such a fast-paced market.

One other thing to highlight is her experience in the property management world, which served us so well, because she provided lots of insight on homes and what potential issues she saw, and also where there were opportunities to do minor upgrades that would get the best bang for our buck. While we think we found our forever home, should we look for another home in the Triangle area, we will without a doubt give Brie a call to lead that search. DID I MENTION THAT SHE DID ALL OF THIS WHILE WE WERE 1800 MILES AWAY? Simply amazing. We’ve already recommended her to a number of family and friends that are looking to move to the Triangle area!
